I received a phone call on 06/26/20 the lady calling was obviously from another country. I also could hear she was in some type of call center from all the back ground noise. Anyway she told me that I was selected for a Government Grant for $18,000.00 that I could use to pay bills or work on my house. She said I was one of 1500 grants the Government gives every year and will only offer it once in a lifetime. She said I could receive the money one of two ways, I could have it credited today to a re- loadable credit card or I could have it deposited today directly into my bank account. I told her I did not have a re-loadable Credit Card and I was not going to give her my bank account number. She replied " Well if you don't want the money then", I proceeded to tell her to stop scamming people. She hung up.

Of course computer generated voice stipulating that this agency has tried to contact me without my response for 6 months and now constitutes intentional for fraud and a lawsuit has been filed in my name by the US Government. You may call our department number at 8002115172. I repeat it is 8002115172. This occurred on 03/08/2019 at 00:00:26. I returned the call on 3/12/19 at 14:03 and they actually answered the phone and I informed them that the FBI had been notified and that they are on their way. HA! HA! Scams.

I had a number from Washington DC call me and a guy on the phone which I could tell was a foreigner told me that the u.s. government who he was calling for chose 1700 people to get a non-refundable no payback free of charge no taxable amount of $9,700. She gave me a grant ID number Sachin digit tracking monetary condition number I believe and also a grant phone number I need to call us as soon as I hung up with him so they can send it through a money gram to me because that my name was chosen. I hung up with him I called the Grinch phone number out of curiosity which is this lady answered the phone which was also a foreigner and it sounded like they had the same background noise wish I could tell was not right and asked me if I had $250 so that they could process the MoneyGram and I would receive those 250 back would be $9,700 and I told her no and she hung up on me I knew it was a scam I just wanted to see how far I could get it and see what it was about because I know their government is not going to ask me for money if they're going to store money and also the foreigners and he did not want to say my name and the government has all my information.

I got a call and I sent it to voicemail. In the voicemail they said that the us government has issued a lawsuit against me for fruad. I have not received any letters or emails about this situation. I did call the number back and the person sounded like they had a very heavy accent. They asked for my name to verify my account.

Call from "00000000" telling me I have been awarded a grand of $9000 USD and that I need to call the number he provided and gave me a Money Activation code... Mentioned that this is because of the ARRA program. Total lie as when you call the number provided they just want to get you to buy a prepaid card and give them the info so they can use the balance on the prepaid card.

that i qualify for a gov grant, i listen to the whole speech and when they asked for my checking account information i said this is a scam and i will not give you this information and she got very loud and kept repeating in for and i kept telling her no no no, you will not get this information you are a scam and you need to take me off your list...the last thing i heard before i hung up was that she would just call back.

A lady called me and told me I had won a government grant, once I declined she cussed me out and threatened to continue to call me every hour because I was wasting her time.

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER 15 TO 20 TIMES A DAY TELLING ME I HAVE RECIEVED A GOVERMENT GRANT FOR FEE THEY WLL SEND ME THE GRANT AND THEY ARE FROM THE US GOVERMENT

Claimed the government randomly selected me as a grant recipient. $8,000 that I would not have to repay. I can pick up cash at the Western Union, or it can be transferred by direct deposit. Since the government takes 30% of my income, I know for fact that this is a scam.

individual says you are one of 1700 people selected to receive a one time not to be repaid grant. he does not say how much. then your address and name are confirmed, asks your age. wants to know if you work or are retired. gives a phone # for the senior accountant, and a confirmation i d #. you are to call,give the number and your funds are released. you call and they want you to choose a place to get your money. like a western union,walmart or walgreens. you must purchase a $200. i tunes card,they will stay on the phone with you til your money is released. including the money you spent on the card. Don't suggest it's a scam or they will hangup and you won't get your money.

received a call for a grant up to $9400 FREE to Louisiana flood victims.they wanted a $200dollar processing fee. asked for my bank #. Then go to Warlmart with grant # they provided. I asked for some credentials web site given mygovgrants.inc REALLY???? bank they use New York Federal Bank ??? person got frustrated asked if i wanted or not . This is a a SCAMMERS profile. Any federal add comes threw FEMA.

Got a call from 226-122-1233 said I had been selected to get a grant of $9000 from the US Goverment. Gave me a call back number of 202-697-9606 and a tracking number LM3405, Called the call back number, was basicly told I would have to pay a $250 fee to research who I was. I ended the call at that point. Both caller who called me and the person I called back had a mid eastern sounding voice, maybe India, not sure. They had my e-mail address and location. I've been looking for work for the last few months and gave that info many times. I had no contact with them other than the phone call.

He said because Im a good citizen I will receive a grant for home emprovement and they would transfer my money to a major credit card so if I would give him my credit card number [ this is when I hung up] the person I talked too tryed to sound like he had an India actsent and he said [ GOT IT! } alot.
