they had an accent like they were from India or somewhere and I called the number back just to find out what was going on and the guy said he was helping somebody else

A man called me today to offer me anywhere between 10,000-100,000 dollar FREE Grant to do what ever I wanted....This is a scam the number he calls from is 146-4444.....gave me an ID# of MC869.......told me to call this number give my name and ID# ...the number is 202-596-8478........Called theBBB abd they told me its a scam. So please be ware.....
