called and said i was selected for a 4000 dollar government grant. Asked me for my bank account information. I refused and they said they would mail a check for $3.95. I refused and they kept proceeding to say there not a scammer etc and to trust them. provided me with a call back number of 202 888 6400. I told them I wish no contact as im on the national do not call list. Please look into this. I do have a voice recording of the converstaion.
