Caller from 914-499-8228 claimed to from Federal US Treasury and that I have warrant for my arrest because of back taxes owed in 2012. Became very aggressive when I denied that the call was legitimate and was unable to understand him clearly - strong foreign accent. Blocked this number from my phone as they have called it at least 6 times in the last three days.
