They offer passport applications, renewals & Lost/Stolen Reports links. These are not the US gov't forms, but look identical. Do not use this site for Passport renewals & applications, etc, it's fraudulent. They make it seem like you are paying to get your passport renewed. All they do is take your information and send you the form filled out. They have you private information like social security, primary address, DOB, etc
