Wcab fraudulent promise of pandemic relief money's being awarded by them

I was contacted on Facebook by an old school mate of mine who referred me to Michael Mullins whom she said she received the check for $100,000 from. That it was monies provided by the workers' compensation appeals board for pandemic relief to stimulate recovery for older people with disabilities which I am. So I did. He responded stating he was a lawyer employed by the US department of Health and human resources to represent the program set up to help and distribute the winning funds of stated above. Eventually he did get my personal information including my bank account and my social security numbers. I didn't give him any money but he's got all my information to take it. When he asked me to open a bank trust account I contacted a friend of mine and he referred me to you. I'm very afraid that he will access my account and I want this to stop so what do I do? Thank you

A friend told me my name was on a list to receive "free monies" from the US Dept of Health and Human services - that she was contacted by the agent and her monies were coming to her via fedex. I received an email from [email protected] after I ask if this was a scam or some kind of fraud he returned by asking for my name and address to see if I was on the list. Fearing this is a scam I looked up chris morgarn on the hhs web site no such person works there under that name with that spelling of morgarn, a chris morgan does work at the dept.
