The caller said her name was Megan and she was calling from the US Department of Federal Grants. Once she said that, I kind of laughed and then she got mad said something and hung up.

Victor Mayo called from the US Dept of Federal Grants. He said I could be given a $9,000 grant if I went to WalMart and sent them $300. I figured it was a scam when he asked me for money, so I did not give it to him.
