I was planning to use this company to help as I am a new business owner- Paid alot of money to be only 15 days into the program and my so called "coach" was very absent. I attempted to ask for a new coach and by the manager and coach it was all my fault for not getting the assistance I was guaranteed. I got an email/ follow up phone call, I called back the following monday and crickets ever since. I spoke to Nicoles boss and they both told me it was my fault for not following up in the email.. I am so confused as I followed up with a phone call. Rude customer service and would not recommend to anyone. They will take your money and run.

I was looking for grants to apply for. I found this website and contacted them. They claimed they would find grants appropriate for my business. I invested $4000 up front for their help. $8000 is the complete amount to be paid in full when we receive information about grants to apply for when, the full amount needed for our project. They have sent me several notifications about grants, but many are not valid for me. They have not been for my state (Nebraska) or they were for black business owners. I am a minority but not black. I have informed them several times about the invalid criteria for grants not fitting my particular needs. They have disregarded these details and keep sending me invalid grant opportunities. Once they have sent the final amount of grants dollars available our contract dictates that I am to pay the last half. As result I feel I have fell victom to a trap.
