Got mail saying vehicle warranty was about to expire in all caps, so I called and the completely unprofessional sales person informed me that this was extended coverage and there was a 2 time payment option. One was the 159$ Start of service and then another for 149$. I specially remember asking if this was a month to month thing because i cant afford that month to month, he said no just the initial payment and then a one time 149$ fee. So 2 overall payments. I want to reiterate the fact that I asked the salesmen multiple times about the 2 fees and if in fact it was month to month. The 2nd payment is made to them I didn't think anything of it. Another month goes by and sure enough its there again. So I called there office from a phone I found by calling the billing service they use called Paylink. They provided me with this number 8885866154. A voice mail picked up saying they were out to lunch. Luckily I still had the number I initially called inquiring about my "expiring vehicle coverage." Sure enough they were no longer out to lunch and they picked up. I told the salesperson what was going on and what happened and he immediately became aggressively defensive and denied all accusations about the previous salesperson not specifying the correct details about what they were offering. He explained that they only offer 18 month plans for the extended coverage which I NEVER AGREED TO. Why would I agree to something I cant afford right?? He even had the audacity to say at one point in a cocky demeaning manner "Its not our fault." He even bragged saying they had the recording and I was legally bound to pay this contract out. Anyways after arguing with him he informed me that i had to call back @ the original # that paylink provided. I gave them a call @ 1 o clock and it was more of the same thing. Only this time the sales person tried to use offense intimidating behavior interrupting me as I was trying to explain what was going on multiple times and as I tried to continue he would say Gonna let me finish? Gonna let me finish? They even went on to brag again that he had listened to the recording of the original conversation where I verbally agreed, which he thought was the call I previously made today @ 18885826870. Which was a phone call about why I was getting charged again not the initial call about their services. This is extremely suspicious behavior and I am led to believe that not only did the salesperson purposely lie to me about how much the services were but trained to do so. I also requested a full refund or at least this months back and they disrespectfully said no. I lost a total of $457 for services I never used. 1124 Rock Creek Elementary School Dr., O Fallon, Missouri, United States By bank account is now negative and I cannot afford my prescribed medication.

I received a letter concerning a vehicle that we just purchased 2 months ago. The letter, which states our vehicle make and year, is deceptive and attempts to make it appear as if our extended warranty will not be honored if we do not contact them to lock in the current price before an imminent price increase. The urgency of the matter is conveyed with a looming deadline of 6 days after the letter was received. This company, of course, is not affiliated with our vehicles existing extended warranty at all.
