I wanted to update my new address with USPS with search this site came up which looked similar to USPS but charged me exorbitant sum of money for address change i.e 49$ which usually cost 1$ at usps site. I immediately raised request for cancellation but money was charged on my credit card and there was no reply from email address provided on web page to claim refund
