Victim was contacted via telephone and was told that this company (Urgent Tech Help) was affiliated with Microsoft and they were aware her computer was running slowly. They then offered to clean it up for the price listed above. Victim gave consent for remote access and they instructed her to enter the Notepad program and provide her full name and credit card details.
