i like it so much UrCoolest

I have to say I’m very happy with this conditioner. Before using this, I couldn’t run my hands all the way through my hair (waist length) but after just one use, I was able to so that easily. Doesn’t weigh my hair down at all and would definitely recommend.

honestly it is expensive but I think it is an amazing product - no strong odor - no burning - my hair is shinny and beautiful. Don't understand why someone would say it burns and has a strong odor. none of that is true. I get so many compliments on my hair. Very silky and shiny - I do wish it wasn't so costly - I do sometimes hesitate to purchase it. I have recommended it to so many people.

It’s a scam , the product is bad and I have been sending them several emails requesting return label and they refuse to return it , what a waste of money , they keep telling me use it for longer time , I told them I found a product that actually works, but they keep advising me to keep using it , what a crazy people, I wish someone stops them from fooling people .

I used the tiniest amount one time. Left it in for 2 minutes when the instructions said 10. My scalp started to burn and sting. So I rinsed it out twice. My hair still smells so strong like men’s Cologne. The company refuses to refund me. Y’all should be happy you never got it. I will probably be bald by tomorrow. I’m contacting my attorney.

I am having the same problem. Tracking cannot be found. All my emails are returned. I also purchased through PayPal. $96.00. September- October.

I ordered $56.00 worth of hair product on May 31, 2020. On July 11th, I emailed Urcoolest regarding my order. I was provided with faulty information as to where my package was and then a tracking number that was not valid. They first told my my product was in my area which is Maryland, when I told them the tracking number wasn't valid then sent some tracking information showing the product was in California. Then again, after I challenged them, they responded with an excuse that due to the pandemic that my order was temporary delayed or some nonsense. I filed a complaint with PayPal since I used PayPal to pay them . PayPal, closed my case by stating it was not in my favor. WTF - not in my favor if the company is a fraud and stealing money and not sending product and lying. Well Urcoolest I'm sure with all the other complaints simuliar to mine they are making millions of poor innocent comsumers and perhaps PayPal is helping them. Stay away from Urcoolest!~!

I lost over $50. I purchased hair product beginning of June, 2020 and I have never received it. The tracking number seems bogus. The costumes service tells me that since the product is already in the United States they won't issue a refund. Tracking number shows the product allegedly arrived in California ONE DAY BEFORE I ordered it that it why it seems sketchy. Allegedly product has not been picked up bu the postal service which should not be my problem! If I do did not receive the product I should be refunded the full price. This is Hong Kong based company. Buyer BEWARE
