On April 24, 2022, I ordered a record album from urban urban vinyl. Specifically the Jimi Hendrix are you experienced album at a total cost of $31.58. Shortly there after I received an email confirmation from the company stating thanks for your order. On 25 April 2022 I emailed the company asking what the status was on my order. They thanked me for my email and said the item is on back order but rest assured they’d be in contact with me as it gets ready to ship. I emailed the company again on June 25 and 29 seeking a status on my order. To date, I’ve received no response from the company. I did some research on the Internet and found several other customers with the same experience with this company. I’m convinced this is a scam company and would like them held accountable for their actions and my money refunded.
