I bought a pair of shoes on Urbandel's website in December and received confirmation that my purchase had gone through their system. I later received an email telling me that my order had shipped. At this point, I was given a shipping number linked to USPS. However, I kept tracking my package with this number and it appeared that my package was "waiting to be shipped" or stalled at a Los Angeles, California USPS shipping facility. I called the facility, and I was told that my package wasn't there. Then I emailed Urbandel and expressed my concern. I then checked Urbandel's website and saw that they had fully closed.

It was on December 14 that I ordered a pair of UGG Taaz Slippers from Urbandel.com. The tracking number was created on December 19 but has not been updated since that time. As of this writing, USPS is still awaiting delivery of the item. Despite several attempts to contact them, I have not received a response. Also, I tried contacting them through their Instagram account, but haven't heard back.

I ordered a pair of UGG Slippers on 12/9/23 for $150.00. A few days later, I received a USPS tracking number; however, after a week there was no updates or movement in shipping. I contacted Urbandel via email, as they had no phone number listed. I got a response back stating shipping typically takes “2 weeks or more” from the time they issue a tracking number. After a few more weeks, I realized I was never going to get my purchase and I had been scammed. I found reviews online indicating the website is a scam. Also, after Christmas their website went down and now shows as “Coming soon.” Their email is no longer valid. I am in the process of filing a claim with my bank to hopefully get my money back.

My daughter wanted a pair of UGG TASMAN SLIPPER's for Christmas. I couldn't find them in stock on many of the major sites, but Google Shopping said this site had them. I went online and purchased them, received an order number and receipt and assumed everything was legit. The system said they would be delivered in 3-5 days. That was Dec 16. On Dec 22, when they still had not arrived, I attempted to login to the website but I could not login and it would not take my password; also the password reset email never came. I tried to call the company, but no one answered; I just assumed they were closed for the holidays or whatever. Today (1/3/24), I tried again to go to the website and the website is now gone and says "coming soon" ... when I emailed them I get no response, so I googled to find a phone number and came across all the scam reports.

I ordered Jordan 3 on May 1, 2023. About 5 days later I received a usps tracking number that says the label was created. I waited another week with no update. I email and called several times. They finally emailed me back and said either my package was in transit in Texas, or it will take 2-3 weeks to be delivered because I chose free shipping, and that my tracking would be updated that night. It was updated that night and said my package was submitted to a usps kisosk. Now I just received usps tracking info that they used a counterfeit tracking number to pretend to “ship” my item. I filed a complaint with Klarna and my payment is on pause. I will contact my bank.
