Extremely unprofessionally run and mismanaged serviceThis is one of the most unprofessional businesses i've ever had the displease of working with. Orders routinely take upwards of 8 to 10 hours to be delivered. Have you ever even heard of a local delivery service that takes literally half a day to deliver something? It takes less time to drive from SF to LA than to order an 8th from these guys!
On top of that, half the time you don't even get what you ordered. They substitute your items constantly. Items are constantly misreported as in stock on their website when they're not in stock at all.
The whole place is a sham, its impossible to get a hold of anyone. Customer support has notoriously bad service skills and most of their responses consist of copied and pasted replies from a text file.
They don't respect customers at all and don't value our business. It seems like they're just trying to make easy money by scamming people, substituting items, and increasing their profit margin by having only 1 driver serving like 200 customers, so you have to wait longer than it takes to drive from SF to LA to order an 8th.
Horrible service. Horrible products. Gave me expired products and disgusting products. Sent me through several emails saying they will review only to tell me they wont refund. Health and safety CA regarding sales laws, it is illegal to dispense expired products. Very frustrated. They even sharpied the expiration date to try to cover it up. 2019 its nearly 2022. Horrible.

The company is texting me from (855) 232-7229 asking me to send a pic of ID , then tells me that he will send me a link to put a picture of me holding up my ID then click on a link to make a password.. but why make a password with no email? And I click on the link then its asking for permission to access my documents.
