They sent someone out to assess our fence and get us an initial quote. After that all communication was through text. Once we paid our deposit, communication got sketchy. They confirmed a date with us to start the work but then never showed up. They never answered their phone or returned the messages we left. They would only text and would always have an excuse or say they were on their way. After two days of no one showing up I expressed interest in a refund. They then told me the crew was already on site and that I had to pay a 25% restock fee. There was no one on site. I asked to speak to them on the phone, tried calling, and no one would ever talk to me. Then they stopped texting me as well. I currently have a claim through Venmo to try to get my money back.

What an experience? Were you able to get refund through VenMo? Ever find out owner’s name or other info? A neighbor has just had similar experience. They fear they may be out everything paid up front. David
