A person will contact you on dating sites & say they are an engineer who has a governmemt contract with the USA military. It's top secret & they can't tell you what going on. & they can't call either. The guy is using the name Thomas Schuster which I believe is someone's stolen identity or an alias. Then he states he wants to send a gift of money by a service called UPT global money transfer which is based in Turkey because he doesn't have access to Money gram & western union. But to recevie the money I would have to send $500 through Western union to a woman named Sara Atli in Istanbul, Turkey. I've never met Sara It doesn't make any sense & it's a scam
