Ordered a phone case. Says it’s arrived at Canadian airport but hasn’t been delivered. It’s been almost a month. No response and no refund.

Same happens to me , same story ..The case never arrived .I left a bed review on their page and comment but they deleted it and blocked me on facebook , now they didn't communicate with me on gmail, and all messages on gmail was the same : delay because of COVID19 an bla bla .stay away people never buy on facebook anything .

Stay away from upstream spot! It's a scam! Purchased a phone case, they give you a tracking number that never updates and items never arrive. Requested a refund and no answer.

I saw their add on Instagram, they were selling phone cases. I assumed that since the add was in a trusted website like Instagram it was a legitimate business. I paid $34.98 for a case that never arrived. They gave me a website to track my shipment ( www.17track.net ). But all it says is that it’s currently in transit from Beijing to my location. I’ve tried contacting Instagram and Facebook to let them know that they are advertising a fraudulent add but they haven’t responded to me.I also contacted Upstream Spot but they just give me some generic answer. I feel Facebook is responsible for my stolen money. It is their website that is advertising fraud. I am currently stationed in Germany.
