I rented a mailbox at the above address. I only needed two or three months, but they made me pay for six. The store closed 2.5 months after I rented. I am not allowed a refund, although I was offered a box at a different location. This would require a change of address, AGAIN. I haven't been getting all of my mail as it is. I can only imagine that would get worse. They royally screwed up a medicine shipment, damaging my insulin (no call).

Thus, I don't need it another box from them. Too many things went wrong. I don't trust this company. I want my money back for the unused rent. There is no one to call. There is no one to write. No one, it seems, is accountable.
