Our company uses UPS almost daily. The document appears as though it has been cut and pasted together. I've never heard of UPS Choice. One of the tabs says 'View Deliverthat, Planner' caught my eye as being really stupid. In order to view an invoice on the real UPS website you must log-in, it's quite a tight site so this e-mail just jumped at me that THIS IS FAKE. At the top left of the document where it reads 'UPS' there is a small question mark to the side. No business addresses a customer as 'Hi, glad to inform you...' Also the real UPS never sends an e-mail notice, they use tracking numbers which are issued when the package is shipped and it is the responsibility of the shipper or receiver to track the package if necessary, no e-mail notice is ever sent.
