I received a mailer advertising great low rates on short-term personal loans. I needed a loan at the time, and, it sounded “too good to be true”. There was verbiage about “Tribal Law”, which coming from California, I figured to be an Indian tribe in the loan business. I agreed to $1,000. I later learned I’d be paying back $3,000. at a 544%APR. I made three(3) payments, I asked my bank about this, they said without hesitating, total scam. No way can they legally charge 544%APR.

Never do business with Uprova Credit, LLC.
