You call and then immediately get a text that their "landline is busy." they are incredibly aggressive about scheduling an upholstery cleaning via text. they ask for key pieces of personal information and then finally for to text your credit/debit card info or to fill out a form with your card numbers using their "Secure link" for a deposit to finalize your booking. When I asked for them to send me their yelp page and that we were not comfortable sharing our financial information, they immediately cancelled.
