Site looks like a USPS official site and states "We pay the $1.10 USPS fee for you; it is included in our fee!" You actually have to dig around the sight to find this said fee, it's not even in the "Terms and Conditions" section. Then you find that they charged you $79!! Try to contact "customer service", they never answer the phone or call you back, nor will they contact you via email. TOTAL SCAM!
