It was moving day and I realized I hadn’t set up my mail forwarding to my new address. So in the flurry of having movers there I just searched on my phone in google “change of address” and there service was at the top of the search and I just filled out the form. Shortly after, I got a call from my bank reporting suspicious activity with that transaction. I called them and they would give me any information. It just sounded really sketchy. Later I went to request a refund on their website and when you hit the submit button it takes you to a page that says that the is not available. I tried multiple times.
