My wife and I did our annual temporary address change for the winter season. The Web site looked and felt like the USPS site so we didn’t notice any difference. She did her transaction for herself and I did mine, usually $1.00 each. She noticed the transaction in her checking account as $89.95 so I looked up mine and the same $89.95. That’s 189.90 for a $2.00 transaction. We are going to try to call the 866-720-9030 and see if we can get our money back. Here is what you get trying to access their site
