Customer sent in a mailing that he received notifying him of a  prize of $47,359.43.  The mailing uses term Urgent Prize Claim, and in the end, the mailing asks the customer to submit $20. The mailing information is printed on official looking paper with water marks and contains official sounding terms: document, confirmation, priority processing, award documentation, etc.
