This website markets itself as a wholesaler for electronic items and other things. Their pitch is if you buy from them, due to being a wholesaler, they can offer lower prices. Problem is you get nothing but the run around. After purchase, they withdraw your money from your account immediately and then send you an email that says due to being a wholesaler, they can not provide tracking information for your shipment but they promise to provide it within 1-2 weeks. This information is never provided. Every time you email their customer service, you receive an automated reply confirming they got your message and promising a response within 48 hours. Never get a response. Not till you threaten to report them and then they email you claiming that they sent you an email weeks ago and are awaiting your response to see if you want to proceed with shipping. They will claim it was filtered to your junk folder but nothing will be there. This is a scam. Why wouldn't you want to proceed if you purchased it in the first place!? I placed this order 08/12/18 and today is 09/26/18. Not only did I not receive my package but I still haven't received any tracking information..... in over a month. I will now attempt to get a refund but am not very optimistic at this point. Do NOT deal with this company.
