I ordered the course on October 2. I received several welcome emails. On October 3 I emailed the merchant to refund because I didn’t feel this course was right for me. I didn’t login or anything. I didn’t hear anything back from the merchant. I then put in a dispute to my credit card company I provided evidence that I tried to get refunded for the course within the time frame that they they allow which is 7 days. I submitted a support ticket requesting for my refund. This merchant refuses to comply with my credit card dispute and refuses to refund me even after I told them within the time frame to refund me.

This website is a scam, they don’t have a live person answering their emails and their support ticket is a generated email stating they can’t refund you after the 7 days.

I can’t believe this man is allowed to continue to scam people. It looks like this Travis Stephenson has been in trouble in the past as I found he was sued for commodity trading.

My credit card can’t help me further because the merchant is basically ignoring them and this allows him to take my money even though I have evidence that I tried to contact them.

They won’t return any emails and I pretty much out of options.

I am filing this complaint to hopefully shut this man down. If he cannot uphold to Beijing an honest merchant then he shouldn’t be allowed to still be in business.

This is a scammer as he also has changed his email address several times while trying to spam me.

I will not allow others to be deceived by this man and hope the bbb will be helpful in this task.

I also submitted a ticket to the ftc.gov of unethical business behavior.

If someone ask for a refund within the timeframe you should honor it and not ghost them by not replying to my credit dispute or to my email.

This to me signals a scammer. They have also changed their email a couple of times as well. Only scammers would do that.

I hope you are able to help me as I have evidence to support my claim.
