Type of a scam Identity Theft

I first got an email from Krista Bradshaw. the next day I got another email from a lady named Ella. she requested my ID she requested my utility bill. she sent me a signed agreement. Up on sending these items I asked if do I have to fill out a W-4 or is it contact job she never replied. The next day she sent me a sign agreement. I have to sign it to have access to an online access portal where I would receive parcels and take the labels off clean the boxes off and print new labels. that took 24 hours it doesn't it did not seem too good to be true and I should never trusted it but once I called the company she answered one time. She stated that it was most definitely a legit company but she never requested social security card. she never verified really my identity other than my ID. the only thing that I filled out was to sign agreement. March 26th is when she emailed me back and told me that I might be canceled from the program because I have to be on there daily. However the parcels that supposed to be delivered on the 25th was never delivered so she informed me that I have to scan a box that I do not have. The job description was to deliver parcels. drop them off at UPS USPS and FedEx then they send you the shipping labels. 24 hours my understanding is. I do not have a printer. it was never stated in the agreement that I needed a laptop or a printer. I figured what's the point of having two laptops two printers. Ella also stated that I would have to put my direct deposit information which is my prepaid Visa card information on to the online access portal and I will have to scan the parcels when they arrive to my home. no parcels have arrived to my home and this has been going on since March the 17th. for my protection I will be speaking to my lawyer about this and I also will be in contact with all three credit bureaus to let them know that I'm a potential risk for identity theft again. I have multiple documents I can also email this one particular document that I uploaded via PDF it's the first initial email from Krista Bradshaw. Ella also email me yesterday and told me that I had to print off a label that I didn't have and I never received any parcels so I basically have this company might ID my address and my utility bill. I really hope this matter is resolved and I hope people are not getting scammed by other people because once you call the number it's always busy and they always email you. if you need any more emails or any more documentation I will be willing to forward that over but until then I will be talking to my lawyer about this matter the with this company.
