I purchased hotel in Banff Alberta. When I find out they ceased operations (a year ago) and they’d try refunding my money but I have not heard from them.

Purchased a prepaid trip and when I went to book the company was insolvent. Filed claim with them to get refund but that was several months ago. No contact from them regarding them going out of business or getting a refund. I have seen several discussion threads/reviews on the company with the same story.

I gave this company $316.00 for a booking in Kyoto, Japan. They soon when out of business and say they are refunding people. I applied for the refund over a year ago and have gotten nothing.

I had paid for a 4 night holiday for my family. Paid in advance of 349. I received an email saying due to covid they have closed down and they were working on a refund to everyone as soon as they could. This has been over 12 months now. I have tried to Email but they bounce back.
I really don't have the money to forget all about it. It took week so save for.
