To stay the night at around 4:00. It looked horrible. Garbage all over. Garbage trailers blocking stairs. Could hardly move in the main office because there was stuff all over. Checked in and went to our rooms where we found them to be disgustingly dirty, tables broke, beds broke, no pillows, towels and a mostly gone roll of toilet paper. One of our rooms did not even have light bulbs in it. After going down
And having to unbox pillows ourselves and fighting to get pillow cases. We went to dinner next door. After returning we realized there was
Mold, sheets were beyond stained and the last straw was spiders in the bed. We went down and told them about it and after them being very rude they agreed to refund all 4 rooms. About an hour after we left the owner called and was very rude telling us that because we used the beds and trash cans we had to pay for the rooms. We had not used the beds. We had pulled sheets back to look at all the stains. They then charged our cards again without our consent. They now will not refund the money. This hotel should really be condemned and is not fit for anyone to be staying/living in
