Found their so-called company on craigslist (www.unlockshop.ca). They had a phone number listed at the time and a local address in Burnaby, BC, therefore I thought it was a legitimate business. Paid (via paypal) for the service of unlocking a phone. They guaranteed that it would be unlocked within 24 hours but did not hear from them. Therefore, I inquired by texting their "24/7" number (778-789-4911) stating that my phone is still not unlocked so I would like a refund. Received a text back saying they would issue a refund. The refund did not happen so I kept asking again, but no reply since.
