Received a mail that looked like it was from my lender and contained a check. Upon opening I saw it was an allocated waiver printed like a check using the information of my lender. Small print said it was not a check and the company was not affiliated with my lender.

Sent a letter about an expiring home warranty. Had my lender information name and address but no information of theirs was given in the notice except for a phone number (1(877)671-1027) and a name of a "program director" (George Walker)
