"Hazey Clark" Agent Id. #5432 calling in reference to a Student Loan. Callback number provided in voice mail of 888-742-8018.
Caller DID NOT identify me by name or the company that they were representing.
Message stated "need (to discuss) repayment options as URGENT changes have been made to the account".
Reference number provided to "make things easier".
Used phrases such as; "URGENT", "Time Sensitive" in an attempt to make the call sound official and legitimate.
DO NOT have a Student Loan or any type of debt of this nature.
