On Sept 1 at approx 1pm received a telephone call. The recorded message was from "Mary Lavin" stating "this is the final notice. The IRS is going to file a law suite against you. lThie is you last notice. Call this number

408 459-0479 this number. The number was repeated twice and the message ended.

The caller ID on my phone indicated the call cam,e from the same number.

I did not respond to the call.
