I got a voicemail saying they had a claim number and provided me with a phone number saying I could contact the office handling my claim "before the option was forfeited." I called the number and was told it was a lawyer from "United" (he provided his first name only). He kept pushing me to pay the full amount today. They had some legitimate information so I set up a payment plan using my card. They also called at least 3 other people using my name and the people's personal details (weird things like their age). When the receipt came to my email, it was from Universal Pay Processing. Then I called my bank.
