I was called by a person named Brandon Jones from # 330-967-9603, I was told that I had a Claim Number of # 1398379, it was for a Claim filed by America Cash Advance and if I did not make a payment arrangement today I would have my case transferred to the court for $773.40 , that was a breach of contract, The company # was 855-264-8955, the company is called Universal. They said I had to make a payment of $73.40 today and $140 each week starting on 8/30 and ending on 9/27 . Which is the next 5 weeks. Drawn from a bank card. I was not sent a Confirmation email so I don’t know what this company really is. It says they are in North Carolina on my bank account so I really don’t know what is going on. They said my file status was Deemed un payable so that’s why they are handling the case. Please help me
