Phone contact by Trinity Solutions Services (TSS) to pitch proposition. The proposition was passes on to a back office confirmation by third party in this case Universal Media Studio (UMS). UMS collected 7% upfront service fee to provide their services to acquire a $50,000 grant from an unspecified corporation on your behalf. In the meantime, UMS requires you to participate in a 6 week training program resulting in a workbook to be submitted to UMS to 1) document your needs for the funding, and to meet the source corporation requirements for granting the fund. At the end of the training and completion of the workbook, phone/email contact with UMS and TSS were no longer available. At the end of the training, the trainer said that you would be contacted by your account manager to let you know that the funds were granted and that the funds would be send via post office mail. The entire process was to be completed in 6-8 weeks. Money paid mid-March 2018, expected funds in June. Last time the UMS answered the phone was June 1. Have been unable to contact the company since. All phone numbers and email are not working. UMS used a postal box located in a UPS Store located at 550 W Baseline Road, Suite 102 Box 102 Mesa Az 85210.
