My personal computer set off alarm telling me to call 866-377-6775. The message would not stop,,and said , do not close out because I was being hacked. I called # and spoke to Mark..855-979-6447, ext. 441, whom I barely understood. Mark....had me log in,,,,to walk me through problem and then took over my computer. I repeatedly asked if they were legitimate... wanted to charge me $199.99 to "fix" the problem..then another $399.00 minimum to put anti virus on my computer. Fortunatly,my bank did not accept the original $199.99 charge & I have repeatedly called over and over and they refuse to give me an address and or a manager to speak with. I wish I could give address,, but phone #the foreigners answerto
