I am reporting this business because my husband and kids went here on Sunday 5/16/21 to get a covid test. My husband was referred to this business through his work since he had to travel for business. Their Kaiser Permanente insurance cards were given as proof of insurance for my children. The results were never received. I called them several times during the week and were told every single time that their system was down. I left my details and never got a call back. My husband has been to this facility for covid tests a couple of times since it was organized through work. He assumed that the results were being sent to the office since he never received them, but apparently they were not. I want this place investigated since it seems that they are fraudulently conducting covid tests, billing through insurance but never ever sending the results. Is it because they don't have any results and it's all a scam? Please investigate to see if anyone else has had the same experience and I want to make sure that my insurance was not billed for this. Thank you
