I 'purchased' a puppy from a 'breeder' in California and received confirmation that he took the puppy to a delivery service and I would hear from them. I received an email from [email protected] with a shipping number the day before the dog was actually taken in to be shipped - first red flag. The 'breeder' sent me a message that the shipping company would reach out and I would be working with them going forward. The shipping company then sent me an email stating that they would not ship the puppy until I paid $1520 'refundable' for insurance and a special crate. To expedite the shipping I would need to send funds through ApplePay, CashApp, Zelle, Bitcoin, or a Vanilla Visa Card. Immediately after receiving this email, a male individual contacted me via phone and was very pushy to get the funds now to avoid delay in shipping. I challenged this person and he stated I could pay with a credit card but it would be 3-5 business days to get the puppy. Thankfully I had read somewhere that this is not the way to do business and hung up on the individual. I proceeded to advise the 'breeder' that I will no longer be doing business with him and I requested all the funds to be sent back. He pushed that he has used this company and has not had problems. I advised him since it's refundable that he needed to then pay the insurance costs which of course, he said that he couldn't do to his kid having an accident and having medical bills. (another red flag) I cancelled the deal and requested all funds be returned to me - here's to hoping that happens but I'm not hopeful at this point

I purchased from the owner. I told these people, nope the owner didn't tell me this when I bought the puppy, the puppy suppose to be shipped to me for the price I paid. A bill of sale was signed and emailed to me, that doesn't matter. He denied everything and actually argued with me.. Well that should have been the red flag.. However, I paid for the puppy insurance and air conditioning crate. All suppose to be refunded back to me If puppy gets Arizona to Georgia in good shape. It took one whole day for them to start the shipping process after i paid all funds, I was able to use a tracking systems that just stated in progress and how much closer to landing of flight. The flight never got to my location. Both parties stopped all communications. They are scammers and phones and websites are still up and running. I expect the law to intervene . please be careful, never use cashapp , zell, or apple pay or any type app, purchase online stuff., I feel your money will be gone bye bye ?
