I was called and they had my name...about owing $7300 on a lab bill with Crestar labs. That info was given to me by Unity Asset Collection Agency. I assumed this would be a scam because I have never heard, nor had any labs on day mentioned. I did find a number for Crestar lab, called it, and was put through to Phoenix Healthcare billing I believe. I called Crestar’s real number that the Phoenix co. gave me, left a message. By now I am convinced this is a scam, but want to warn people to not give any information they don’t already have. They knew my name and phone number, so beware!

Ms. Brady contacted me using a name within my family that does not exist and has not existed for nearly 15 years.

Cut her off and refused any thing she had to say. When confronted with the bad name she tried to deny and was flustered. Might have used ‘[censored]’ a lot towards her.
