Said they were from UnitedHealthcare, and I am approved for some pain cream. They just need to get to get permission from my doctor. I ask '"I ask is it any cost to me?" They said no, just needed to confirm my address. Which they had but not my apt. no. I called UnitedHealth and gave them the number, and they could not find the number in their system.
