Paid shipping 150 for a puppy from Potters Rottweilers. Agency contacted me to inform that flight had been delayed folie to weather and that I needed to pay 2050 to purchase a temperature controlled crate for dog transport. They said No purchase of crate they could not deliver the pup and text that Dog was left behind They would not answer either phone number 760-266-2479 or 619-345-7134. No text or email response. No delivery of pup at airport
