I had lost my job and I needed a low cost phone service. I saw this ad on facebook for a free phone service. At first it seemed fine, except for the spotty service that never worked when I needed it. I tried to call and talk to a real person, but all their phone lines are bad. My service went down and They said I went over my free allotted mins so I paid $10 to cover if I did go over. I figured that money would stay there in case I ever needed it. The next month it was marked as expired. I tried to contact them to get it back and they told me it was expired and I wouldn't be getting it back. Then I got these weird emails saying that my plan was changing, but when I looked on the website, it said everything was still free. I then started noticing $3.99 coming out of my account every month. I tried to block it on my credit card, but since it was a reoccurring payment, I was going to have to cancel my card and get a new one. I emailed them and asked them to stop, and they said they cancelled the payment , but then the next month another $3.99 was pulled from my account. I had paypal stop all payments, we will see if that worked.
