Received call that my application was received for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. (I did fill this out prior to this contact) When on the phone they confirmed that I am eligible and while I was on the phone they emailed me the terms followed by an email with electronic document. Credit card information was given to make first of the 120 payments. The email with the terms identified that proof of income was needed. I also sent this. I received a confirmation email that proof of income was received and have not heard anything since. I have called all the phone numbers and also then tried to find the website. I have not been able to make contact with anyone and now am taking the precautions of changing my information to prevent future fraud.
