As stated above, this is the second time I have received a notice from USTA. I received a similar request on June 02, 2021 and reported it to you.

This is the second time I have received one from USTA. It is Order Confirmation # UT7866A Transaction Number #U493938755 Reference Number # 856558 Purchased Item: $179.99 Deliver & Handling $10.00 Sales Tax $10.00 TOTAL $199.00 Wen I called 315-675-5168 and said I wanted to cancel, they hung up on me. I have never ordered anything from USTA. This is a scam.

never has any contact with them. received email stating i was going to be charged. i called said i never used service- suprise- had to cancel with them uninstalling on laptop then got to accounting total me to run something told me I would get $250 refund and that I have to long into my bank to confirm. They couldn't tell me how i was being charged and that the refund could only be confirmed on this laptop. I refunded to check as I don't do any banking on this laptop. Told me I could completed the cancellation until I confirmed, Refunded and they hung up on me.
