He just stated that I had grant money that I didn't apply for but that I had $3,000 or something and grant money that I qualified for and wanted to know my email my birthday and such things and when I asked to speak with his supervisor he said it wasn't possible and I had told him if it if he was with the government then he had to put his supervisor on the phone since I had asked to speak with them
