Edward Ellis is the Former US Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he was looking through files he left in the office & notice that I didn’t receive my fund because I didn’t want to pay $250 for a atm card to be delivered to me. The fund that I’m to receive is $10.5 million. The Government of Treasury said they would deliver it to me but if I don’t need it, he can change the name & give it to someone else. In order to receive this money, I need to give them:
