They were getting demographical data such as name, address, birthday, etc. Then tried to set up a security question/answer, then said I would have to confirm for them to fax info to Dr. Office by saying yes. They were offering topical pain cream, something for dry skin, and a metabolic vitamin. I wouldn't say yes and told them nevermind. Thanks anyway. I am worried though because I did give demographics, my Doctor's name, and my type of insurance which they quickly provided his address and I confirmed.
